Coming from Belize City or the airport follow the signs to Belmopan. As you get close to Belmopan you will pass the Art Box on the left hand side. Watch for a major intersection with a let hand turn. This will be Hummingbird Hwy. Turn left and follow the road to the round about. You will be at mile 53 Hummingbird Hwy. Go straight through the round about and continue south. You will go exactly 10 miles from the round about. You will pass through a small town called armenia and continue past the town three miles. as you go around two curves you will then see a sign that says Maya stone ground chocolate and right past that sign you will see a driveway and another sign, Cacao Rainforest Lodge on the right.

From Dangriga and points south. Take the Hummingbird Hwy to mile 53. You will pass through several villages and then pass through the mountains, the last village you will pass through is St Margrets which has a police check point which is rarely manned and never manned at night. After passing through the mountainous area and the road becomes flat you will soon cross a river. This is the Sibun River, you are not there yet. Continue on and you will pass the Blue Hole national park on your left. You will then pass the Caves Branch Resort on your right. In about a half mile you will pass the entrance to Crystal Caves and St Herman's cave entrance. continue on past the curve and down the straight stretch to caves branch river. About 500 feet past the bridge you will fiind the entrance on the left to Cacao Rainforst Lodge. Welcome!

From the airport take a taxi to the bus terminl in Belize City. Take any buss going to belmopan. All busses going down the George Price Hwy will stop in Belmopan. this includes the busses to Benque and Cayo/St Ignacio.

From the south in Dangriga you can  catch any bus going to belmopan.
